Section 5E

      The County Commissioners of Charles County may:

            (1)      Sell the county's interest in any real, leasehold, or personal property to any municipality or governmental agency in Charles County for public use without public sale when the property is no longer needed for public county use;

            (2)      Arrange the terms, conditions and amount of consideration, if any, for any sale made under paragraph (1) of this section; and

            (3)      Execute and acknowledge any deeds and instruments necessary to complete any sale made pursuant to paragraph (1) of this section.
