Subject to § 2-1246 of the State Government Article, the Department shall report to the General Assembly every 3 months concerning the status and development of the program under this subtitle, including the number of individuals budgeted for the Medicaid home- and community-services based waiver. The first report shall be submitted on October 1, 2001.
