(a)      For the purposes of this subheading, community services for elderly persons are: household and personal services, provided under the direction and supervision of an appropriate social services or health agency, including but not limited to, such services as assistance with meal preparation and planning; home-delivered meal services; dressing; shopping; visits to health, recreational, and shopping facilities; transportation and personal escort services; light housekeeping; and personal medical and nursing care attendant to the provision of community home care services.

      (b)      For the purposes of this subheading, "elderly persons" means those persons who have attained age 65, and their spouses regardless of age.
